Click on the user icon in the top right hand side of the menu bar and select 'View/edit details'. Your current credit total is listed below your user details.
To send music to any media, click on Send in the navigation menu. Add details such as title, a link to the track and musical genre and we'll present you with a list of associated media organisations. Select one or more at a cost of one credit for each.
We ask our participating organisations to reply within 10 days, but it'll usually be quicker than that.
Organisations you send to have 10 days to respond. If they don't get back to you in that time, we'll refund you the credit and let you know.
A 50p payment will be generated for you whenever you reply to a feedback request as long as you give a feedback message at least 60 characters (approximately 10 words) long. Your feedback message is really important. Please do not just cut and paste feedback on multiple jobs. If you do, we may suspend payments and cancel your account.
When you send feedback we credit your send to media account with a share of the submission fee the artists has paid to send. We total up and send any payments due to organisations once a month and pay it directly to your chosen account which we set up when you first create your account. You must send 10 or more words of feedback to the sender , you will then receive a 50p payment. ANYONE CUT AND PASTING THE SAME FEEDBACK ON MULTIPLE JOBS WILL BE BANNED.
We'll email you when a feedback request is sent to you. From the point the feedback request is sent, you have 10 days to reply. We'll send you a reminder after 8 days if you haven't replied by then. If you don't send feedback within 10 days, the request is withdrawn and your share of the credit is refunded to the sender.
